At the same time, the resin pads especially 50#-100#-200# will consume faster.

With the rapid development of technologies, people gradually develop transitional polishing pads between metal pads and resin polishing pads. Copper bond polishing pad is one of the tansitional polishing pads, it’s made of diamond, resin, copper powder. It is designed for fast grinding concrete floors and smoothing scratch patterns. Copper bond polishing pads are used between metal grinding step and resin polishing step since it is deal for transitional polishing after quick remove scratches left behind by the metal grinding steps to prepare concrete for resin polishing. The specially designed segments can effectively remove scratches on the surface and save a lot of polishing time. With extra long life especially on harder concrete.

We have two types of 3 inch copper bond polishing pads, one is with 7mm diamond thickness, the other model is with 12mm diamond thickness, grits 30#-50#-100#-200# are availble, they are mainly used for dry polishing concrete and terrazzo floor. If you need other sizes like 4” or wet use model, we also can customize base on your requirements.
