The addition of a diamond segment plate improves the stability and efficiency of abrasive grinding compared to regular PCD grinding blocks. The ability to effectively reduce ground damage from aggressive PCDs while tearing off the coating is similar to having a ground measurement function. They are suitable for removing medium to thin adhesive or epoxy coatings.
